The objectives include: 1. To determine infectivity of IHHNV in shrimp by laboratory injection. 2. To construct dsRNA from different genes of IHHNV genome. 3. To determine the potency of each IHHNV-specific dsRNA to inhibit viral replication in shrimp 4.
