(1) To develop new lamellarin analog(s) with improved anticancer efficacy and optimal drug-like properties for further development.
(2) To identify novel molecular mechanism(s) of cancer cytotoxicity which may be used as new biological target(s) for improving specificity of lamellarins toward cancer cells.
