วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To determine content of oxyresveratrol in M. alba stem extracts prepared
2.2 To investigate the effect of M. alba extract on cell viability and on the production of NO and PGE2 in LPS-induced RAW264.7
2.2 To determine whether M. alba extract could attenuate the inflammation and associated pain as well as delay the progression of OA in rat model of OA.
