i) to set up sensor/energy harvesting devices from the already developed piezoelectric ceramic-cement composites and to carry out test for their functional properties.
ii) to further develop other new piezoelectric ceramic-advanced cement based material composites
iii) to develop and test functional concrete made with advanced cement based materials with sub micron and nano size additives
iv) to carry out further development on biologically advanced cement based materials.
v) to publish the findings in a number of international journals and patent the findings where ever possible.
