Karst and Cave Biogeography of Indochina: The analysis of an important world natural history from multidisciplinary research approach on systematics, evolution and distribution patterns
from outstanding representative fauna of land snails, centipedes, cave millipedes, and mammalian fossils
1. To determine biogeographic patterns of the karst and subterranean faunas using some outstanding representatives of land snails, cave centipedes and millipedes and Middle Pleistocene mammals in relation to the Indochinese Karsts Ecosystem
2. To study the evolutionary framework: cryptic speciation due to historical biogeography and regional endemism across the Indochinese Karsts Ecosystem
