วัตถุประสงค์

3.1 To construct phage scFv antibody display libraries
3.2 To select of a panel of scFv antibodies directed against the glycine/aspartate-rich nonapeptide repeats of the B. pertussis ACT from prepared libraries
3.3 To elucidate the surface features of native and calcium-binding forms of glycine/aspartate-rich nonapeptide repeats of the B. pertussis ACT recognized by individual selected scFv antibodies
