วัตถุประสงค์
:
1 The experimental investigation of the effect of polymer sheet temperature distribution prior to forming to the thickness distribution of final product.
2 The development and validation of science-based numerical multi-layer material heating process model that will incorporate fully independent radiant zone heating and multi-layered polymer materials. The heating model includes both single stage heating and two stages heating.
3 The development of knowledge-based multi-layer thermal analysis using the newly developed numerical model.
4 The development of a science-based processing parameter optimization capability to multi-layer thermoforming incorporating zone heating
