" To examine the flow of information from SME exporters into the NSD process;
" To develop a comprehensive model for the case of financial services NSD for SMEs - building on and extending prior research on financial services NSD in consumer markets in Thailand; and
" To recommend improvement of NSD process so that financial services suppliers can better serve SME exporters.
