วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To determine the best concentration of the WSM that produces earliest mineralization of the MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cell line and primary bone cell.
2. To analyze the bone matrix gene expression of the MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cell line and primary bone cell in the presence of intermittent high glucose, compared to that of the controls.
3. To determine the effect of WSM on bone matrix gene expression of the MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cell line and primary bone cell in the presence of intermittent high glucose, compared to that of the controls.
4. To study the effect of WSM on the mineralization of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cell line and primary bone cell in the presence of intermittent high glucose, compared to that of the controls.
