2.2 To identify the amino acid residues in dalcochinase that are involved in catalyzing reverse hydrolysis reaction.
2.3 To identify the amino acid residues in linamarase that are involved in catalyzing transglucosylation reaction.
2.4 To integrate the knowledge gained from 2.1-2.3 in order to design novel -glucosidases with desired properties
