วัตถุประสงค์
:
- To study the expression of COX-2, survivin, and VEGF in cervical tissue [normal squamous epithelium, low grade squmaous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL), high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL), and invasive squamous cell carcinoma (SCCA)]
- To study the correlation of these proteins and the clinico-pathologic parameters, including the neoplastic progression
- To study the interaction of these proteins in the neoplastic progression
