:
Due to the increasing need of security functions and the limited resources in wireless sensor networks, new energy efficient security services (such as encryption, authentication, and key distribution) that are specifically designed for sensor nodes is essential. In this work, we propose an energy efficient security framework for wireless sensor networks to minimize energy consumption drawn by security functions and services.
