วัตถุประสงค์
:
1 To develop a systematic framework for modifying the basic TCP congestion control algorithm that is suitable in variety of network types, in particularly high-bandwidth and long-delay network.
2 To improve TCP bandwidth utilization in the above environment.
3 To improve fairness between multiple TCP connections while each connection has different round trip time (RTT) in the above environment.
4 To improve bounded fairness between an aggressive algorithm and standard algorithm.
