วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To determine differences in the phenotype and function of peripheral blood dendritic cells of patients with type 2 diabetes and non-diabetic subjects.
2. To determine the effect of prolonged exposure to different level of hyperglycaemia on phenotype and function of peripheral blood dendritic cells upon short-term exposure to high glucose and AGEs.
