วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To clone the abalone GABA receptor.
2. To express GABA receptor protein
3. To determine the structural motifs of the GABA receptor
4. To produce polyclonal antibodies against GABA receptor
5. To localize the distribution of GABA receptor in the adult and larvae neural tissues of the abalone as well as colocalize this receptor with GABA antibody.
