Development of sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against fatty acid binding protein (FABP) and Cathepsin B3 (Cat B3) for diagnosis of fasciolosis caused by F. gigantica
2.1 To produce and characterize MoAb and PoAb specifically against rFABP and rCat B3 of F. gigantica.
2.2 To purify the MoAb and PoAb against rFABP and rCat B3 of F. gigantica.
2.3 To develop a monoclonal antibody (MoAb)-based sandwich ELISA for the detection of circulating FABP and Cat B3 in serum of experimentally and naturally infected animals with fasciolosis caused by F. gigantica.
