วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To investigate the contribution of mitochondrial citrate transporter suppression to fatty acid synthesis, in the presence and absence of sodium-dependent citrate transporter, NaCT-mediated citrate transport in the lipogenic HepG2 cell line.
2. To investigate the contribution of mitochondrial citrate transporter suppression to cell growth and proliferation, in the presence and absence of NaCT-mediated citrate transport in HepG2 cell.
