วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To develop a rapid acquisition to a bicyclo[4.4.0]undecane framework, which comprises as an integral part in several natural products, from a relatively simple precursor
2. To develop an efficient synthesis of natural product (?)-frondosin B
3. To investigate the further biological activities of (?)-frondosin B and its derivatives against cancer cell lines
