วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To investigate the clinical role of C1, especially at C-terminus, from Acinetobacter sp. strain ADP1 in antibiotic resistance aspect using antibiotic susceptibility test between wild-type and deletion mutant of C-terminus of C1 gene.
2.2 To investigate DNA binding capacity of C1 from Acinetobacter sp. strain ADP1 to specific DNA sequence (multiple antibiotic resistant promotor, marO) using EMSA.
2.3 To clarify the binding site of C1 from Acinetobacter sp. strain ADP1 and marO using DNA footprinting assay.
