วัตถุประสงค์
:
- To investigate the seasonal distribution and abundance of medically important flies in Muang Ubon Ratchathani, an area of high diarrhoeal disease incidence, and Warinchamrap district, an area of low diarrhoeal disease incidence in the Ubon Ratchathani province.
- To clarify the relationship between M. domestica and C. megacephala with pathogenic enteric bacteria by isolating and culturing pathogenic enteric bacteria from study areas in Muang Ubon Ratchathani and Warinchamrap district in Ubon Ratchathani province.
- To evaluate the relationship between disease incidence and fly abundance in areas of high diarrhoeal disease incidence and low diarrhoeal disease incidence in the Ubon Ratchathani Province.
