วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To determine whether patients with either uncomplicated or severe falciparum malaria have different specific antibodies response profile against DBL? and CIDR? domains.
2. To correlate the anti-DBL? and CIDR? antibodies with the ability to form rosette and to bind to CD36 among isolates causing uncomplicated and severe malaria.
