วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To analyze DNA methylation status at promoter of antigen processing tapasin during cervical cancer development from pre-invasive lesions through invasive cervical carcinomas.
2.2 To determine the association of DNA methylation of antigen processing tapasin with its protein expression.
2.3 To study the association between DNA methylation of antigen processing tapasin and disease progression.
