2.1 To determine the antibacterial activity of Thai medicinal plants in combination with narrow spectrum or existing antibiotics against MDR A. baumannii.
2.2 To evaluate the resistant modifying ability of an effective extracts and/or purified compounds on clinically isolated MDR A. baumannii.
2.3 To establish mechanisms of actions of the effective resistant modifying agents on MDR A. baumannii.
