วัตถุประสงค์
:
1 To study whether G-rich sequences on non-template strands of the promoter of proto-oncogene (e.g., CDKN2) or tumor suppressor gene (e.g., NFKB1) can adopt G-quadruplex structures.
2 To determine topology (secondary structure) of G-rich sequences in the aqueous conditio
3 To study the behavior and effects of flavonoids and their glycosides, such as, galbidin on G-quadruplex DNA. (if G-quadruplex structures is formed, but if does not the next question is that selected Flavonoids could bind to this sequences)
