2.1.To determine if the number and activation markers of peripheral blood iNKT cells change over time during dengue virus infection in patients with dengue hemorrhagic fever, compare to dengue fever or healthy controls.
2.2 To confirm in vitro if dengue virus activate iNKT cells and to determine its effector function after being activated.
