วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To screen and isolate and identify the novel EPS- producing rhizobacteria from sugar cane field.
2. To optimize culture conditions for EPS production, extract, characterize and elucidate the chemical structure of the EPS produced by rhizobacteria.
3. To Investigate the application of EPS in medicine by determination of their biological activity.
