วัตถุประสงค์
:
I. To characterize the mixed brain cell culture of pig predominantly targeted by the H5N1 virus infection in vitro
II. To study the virus-cell interaction and the induction of cellular mediators following H5N1 infection of pig brain cells, neurons and human NT2 neurons in vitro
III. To study the pathogenesis of H5N1 virus-induced neuro-inflammation and degeneration of pig and human NT2 neurons in vitro
