วัตถุประสงค์
:
The purpose of the present study is to evaluate differentiation potential toward the osteoblast of the PB-MSC and its correlation with sRAGE in patients with type 2 diabetes comparing to control. We will test the hypotheses that 1. the patients with type 2 diabetes have the PB-MSC containing lower potential to differentiate toward the osteoblast than that of controls, and 2. the osteooblast differentiation potential in type 2 diabetes positively correlates to the serum sRAGE level.
