วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To develop a gas sensor platform with pre-patterned interdigitated electrode and electrospunned WO3 nanofibers.
2. To study the effect of doping WO3 nanofibers with metal nanoparticles on microstructural evolution.
3. To evaluate gas-sensing performances of metal nanoparticles-doped WO3 and compared with the undoped WO3. Target gases include at least one of the following gases: methane, ammonia, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen.
