1. To construct new a set of augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional combined with Newton-Leibniz formula, and give some new sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability of neural networks with interval time-varying delay and exponential stability of neural networks with interval time-varying delay.
2. To apply our results obtained from (1) for asymptotic stabilization of neural networks with interval time-varying delay and exponential stabilization of neural networks with interval time-varying delay, and design a memoryless state feedback controller.
3. To construct new a guaranteed cost control law and the guaranteed cost value for neural networks with interval time-varying delay.
4. To construct the software for solving those problems will be constructed.
5. To build and develop new researchers in the area of control, signal processing, pattern recognition, biological, artificial neural systems and image processing.
6. To create research network both inside and outside of the country for making cooperation in doing research in this area.
