วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To demonstrate the involvement of prolactin and cortisol responses to saltwater exposure in striped snake-head fish.
2. To clone the prolactin and cortisol receptor genes in striped snake-head fish
3. To examine the expression profiles of prolactin and cortisol receptor genes in striped snake-head fish's tissues.
4. To study physiological responses of striped snake-head fish that raise in saltwater.
