1) To synthesize and characterize tris(R-triazolylmethyl)amine (R = -CH2SiMe3 and -cycloC6H13) compounds and their corresponding Cu(II) complexes
2) To determine and compare catalytic activities of these Cu(II) complexes toward ARGET ATRP of MMA both under inert atmosphere and in the presence of air
3) To investigate kinetic behaviors of Cu(II) catalysts containing tris(R-triazolylmethyl)amine (R = -CH2SiMe3 and -cycloC6H13) ligands under various polymerization conditions
