วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To compare the osteogenic differentiation pattern of BMSCs, APSCs and DPSCs cultured in three dimensional PCL/HAp scaffold by examine the
i. expression of osteogenic markers, such as collagen type I, ALP and osteocalcin
ii. calcium deposition by alizarin red-s staining
2. To compare the ability of bone formation in animal model after implant the stem cell-seeded scaffold subcutaneously or in the calvarial defect model.
