วัตถุประสงค์
:
1 To study the material drying process that appropriate for the preparation of sample
2 To study and evaluate biological properties such as antioxidant activity, antiradical activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity and the content of extractable phenolic compounds in rambutan seeds and rind
3 To study and compare extraction techniques for obtaining the extracts possessing potential biological properties, amount of extractable phenolic compounds and marker compounds
4 To study the toxicity of the rambutan extracts toward normal cells
