To fabricate Co-based filled skutterudite (MyFexCo4-xSb12: M = Ce, In, Yb, Ca, Ba) thermoelectric thin films by pulse dc sputtering. 2. To study the morphology, crystallization, composition and thickness of the deposited thin films. 3. To analyze the thermoelectric properties of deposited thin films. 4.
