วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To study effect of successive subculture of entomopatogenic fungus to insect host and artificial media on genetic characteristic i.e. pathogenicity, virulence, enzyme activity, and gene expression of M. anisopliae.
2. To study effect of successive subculture of entomopatogenic fungus to insect host and artificial media on phenotypic characteristic i.e. conidia colour, mycelial growth, and spore production.
3. To discovermethods of stability or restoring pathogenicity and virulence of entomopathogenic fungus,M. anisopliae.
