1. To investigate the heat transfer performance and pressure drop characteristics of nanofluids flowing through microchannel heat sinks (MCHSS).
2. To study the effects of the parameters such as Reynolds number, heat flux, particle concentration and channel configuration of MCHSS on the heat transfer performance and pressure drop characteristics of nanofluids-cooled MCHSs compared with water cooled- MCHSS.
3. To propose the new correlations to predict the Nusselt number and pressure drop of nanofluid-cooled MCHSS for practical use.
