วัตถุประสงค์

1. To fabricate the electropolymerized carboxylated-conducting polymer thin film and study the property of the polymer film before construction of immunosensor
2. To design and construct the immunosensor from the electropolymerized polymer thin film
3. To test the obtained immunosensor for detection the human IgG at several concentration
