วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To determine the prevalence of A. pyogenes causes abnormal uterine discharge in dairy cows with 50-80 days postpartum.
2. To determine the antibiotic resistance profile of A. pyogenes.
3. To determine the presence of virulent factor genes including plo, cbpA, nanP and fimA gene.
4. To determine the association between clinical finding through vaginal mucous score and the presence of A. pyogenes in the uterine
