1)To examine the contemporary economic equity in Thailand by using individual age-earning profile, Mincer-equation and calculated probability to get above an average income.
2)To identify and examine the relationship between the economic opportunity of household members and their socioeconomic characteristics such as region, area, occupation.
3)To find out the level of inequality on economic opportunity among regions in Thailand through applicable various measures, namely, Gini coefficients, Lorenz curves, Variance, Coefficients of the Variance and Atkinson index. This is for better understanding of the roots, shape, distribution and characteristics of inequality on economic opportunity.
