วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1 To model the scattering potential from the striated morphology and anisotropic strain in nonpolar III-V nitride based NSs.
2.2 To calculate the Urbach tail density of states and to explain the origin of the Urbach tail density of states.
2.3 To calculate the electrical and optical properties such as anisotropic 2DEG mobility and photoluminescence spectra, and to compare with the existing experimental results.
2.4 To report scientific progresses to physics community by publishing in an international journal.
2.5 To produce new graduate students in semiconductor nanostructure physics.
