2.1. To apply graph theoretical technique and stochastic analysis to better model MBE grown thin films by extending particle's diffusion range.
2.2. To develop a new modeling software to simulate film fabrication in order to achieve the most probable surface structures according to the prescribed diffusion rules on single crystals
2.3. To study the effect of temperature to film growth
2.4. To compare the simulation results to the available experimental data in order to better understand the growth process which would bring us closer to experimentally doctoring surface structure.
2.5. To report the scientific progress in internationally accepted journals.
2.6. To recruit and educate master and Ph.D. students interested in the field of theoretical and computational condensed matter physics.
