วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To functionally characterize the roles of enzyme encoding genes involved in the trehalose biosynthesis pathway in P. marneffei.
2. To test the hypothesis that the trehalose biosynthesis pathway is required for P. marneffei by virulence through modulation of macrophage phagocytosis.
