วัตถุประสงค์
:
Overall objective: To study the preventive effect of ellagic acid on blood pressure, oxidative stress, cardiac geometry and remodeling in rat with nitric oxide deficiency.
Specific objective:
2.1 To examine effect of ellagic acid on blood pressure in rat treated with L-NAME
2.2 To evaluate an oxidative maker in rat treated with L-NAME and ellagic acid
2.3 To study geometry of left ventricular wall of rat treated with L-NAME and ellagic acid
2.4 To evaluate the fibrosis amount of heart in rat treated with L-NAME and ellagic acid
2.5 To study ultrastructure of cardiac muscle of rat treated with L-NAME and ellagic acid
