The objective of the present study aims to reduce the PHA production cost by the utilization of batch and fed-batch bioreactor to obtain high-cellular density using Bacillus licheniformis and POME as substrate and to evaluate the possibility of chemical-free method to recovery and purifies PHA. In additional, the application of PHA as a new type of biofuel will be also evaluated.
