วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) To examine roles of university, industry and government as they engage in activities of rubber SMCEs in the Northeast of Thailand.
2) To identify patterns of knowledge transfer emerged in accordance with relations of university, industry and government engaged in rubber SMCEs in the Northeast of Thailand.
3) To evaluate systematic collaborations among university-industry-government as they engage in the knowledge transfer for rubber SMCEs in the Northeast of Thailand.
4) To investigate factors affecting systematic collaborations among university-industry-government engaged in rubber SMCEs in the Northeast of Thailand.
5) To examine the way in which Triple Helix of best practice in rubber SMECs could promote rubber SMCEs to enhance their effectiveness and competitiveness.
