วัตถุประสงค์
:
The key aim of this study is to investigate the effects of housing development program which impact on QoL of older residents. The role of neighborhood is central to the objective of this study as followings;
2.1 To explore the meanings of QoL which assigned by the older residents.
2.2 To study the housing strategy (on-site upgrading and relocation) on its affect on the neighborhood of low-income community.
2.3 To assess the neighborhood as an indicator of QoL of older dwellers in low-income communities.
2.4 To provide an insight understanding of the role of neighborhood in housing development process.
