วัตถุประสงค์
:
2.1. To characterize the course of the disease in BALB/c mice upon infecting with Leishmania siamensis via different routes
2.2. To investigate the pathological impact and parasite burden in experimentally Leishmania siamensis-infected BALB/c mice using different routes of inoculation during the acute and chronic course of infection
2.3. To evaluate the serological responses in Leishmania siamensis-infected BALB/c mice using different routes of infection during the acute and chronic course of infection
