วัตถุประสงค์
:
1) To determine whether S. acmella Murr. attenuate chronic resistant stress-induced depressive-like behavior and dementia
2) To determine whether S. acmella Murr. prevents chronic resistant stress-induced mitochondrial dynamic impairment and neurodegeneration (in term of mitochondrial fission-fusion processes and neuron cell death.
3) To determine whether S. acmella Murr. abolish chronic resistant stress-induced decrease neurogenesis in the hippocampus of rat.
