วัตถุประสงค์
:
1. To observe the inhibitory concentration (IC50) of modified antimicrobial peptides and conventional antibiotic (Ceftazidime) against B. pseudomallei biofilm
2. To determine the combination index (CI) of modified antimicrobial peptides and in combination with conventional antibiotic (Ceftazidime) against B. pseudomallei biofilm using Calgary Biofilm Device.
3. To determine the effect of modified antimicrobial peptides and in combination with conventional antibiotic (Ceftazidime) against B. pseudomallei biofilm formation using developed-biofilm model.
4. To determine the anti-biofilm activity of modified antimicrobial peptides and in combination with conventional antibiotic (Ceftazidime) against B. pseudomallei biofilm flow cell.
